Roger was most recently Chief Solutions Officer at global enterprise technology company Squiz.

Formerly founder of digital media agency Content & Motion, which was acquired by the Next15 group in 2012.

Consultant to global publishing brands such as Hachette Book Group and Elsevier.

Also likes road running, soccer balling and whiteboards.

James Wood

Co Founder & CPO

James was most recently Head of Product at Movem, acquired in 2018.

Prior to this James enjoyed senior product management positions at Experian, Airfinity and Brandwatch.

James also founded Metric back in 2011, a venture-backed SaaS platform and Facebook Preferred Partner.

Also likes travelling and things that go fast.

Jonathan Callcut


As chairman, Jonathan helps shape Felix’s commercial strategy and investor relations.

Most recently CEO of Reevoo – one of the world’s leading Voice of Customer ratings, reviews and advocacy platforms – he brings over 30 years of enterprise and SaaS software experience to the team.
